Marshal Trigg takes the TBA World Expo By Storm!
The Rebel Thaiboxing fight team was back in action this time at the Muay Thai World Expo in Des Moines Iowa! Marshal Trigg stepped up and tested himself against the best in North America as he faced a tough Japanese fighter from Ayotthaya Muay Thai in Toronto Canada. Marshal has been training for almost 1 year in preparation for this fight and his efforts did not go unnoticed! He faced an opponent with far more experience than him and had even won the TBA tournament a few years ago. In the first round his opponent came out strong with big punches that caught Marshal off guard, but no worries as he recovered from the early barrage and returned fire with some big punches, body kicks and knees in the clinch. In the second and third rounds Marshal found his groove by scoring a multitude of Muay Thai techniques. In the end the judges gave Marshal the Majority decision and crowned him the 2018 TBA World Expo Muay Thai Champion! Congrats Marshal, he proves that age really is just a number by winning his first title at the age of 44!
