Annika Kahl Becomes the New WKA 122lbs Female Open Class Champion!
Annika Kahl becomes the new WKA 122lbs Female Open Class Champion! The Rebel fight team made their way to Delaware for the annual WKA National Championships. Annika faced a tough game opponent from North Carolina. Annika used her height and long range to keep her opponent at bay. Annika did an excellent job at controlling the pace and landed some big body and leg kicks throughout the fight. In the 3rd round we were up on points so we decided to start landing some tricky techniques including a well executed spinning back elbow to end the round! Annika will be competing in the World Championships later this year and in Thailand in March for the Pan-Asian games!
