Rebel Fight Team Victorious at Killer Instinct!
The Rebel's were at it again this time at Amazura Nightclub in Queens for Killer Instinct 4. First up was Leandro Rodrigues facing a Renzo Gracie Queens fighter. Leo made quick work of his opponent scoring big kicks and knees including a big head kick in the first round. His opponent narrowly made it out of the first round. In the 2nd round Leo again jumped on his opponent from the jump, realizing his opponents clinch was weak Leo engaged the clinch early on. The result was a 2nd round KO for Rebel Thaiboxing!
Our second fighter of the night was Rebel Thaiboxing's newest Champion Annika Kahl. Annika faced a very skilled opponent from Maisonets Muay Thai. Annika effectively used her height and reach keeping her opponent at bay using well placed temps, body kicks and boxing. In the 2nd and 3rd rounds Annika started to Pickup the pace and delivered hard devastating long knees on her opponents mid-section. Annika won all three rounds in a Unanimous Decision win!
