Coach Rod is a 3X Muay Thai Champion and Head Coach of our Smithtown location. Rod has fought all over the country  and in Thailand. Rod brings a boatload of knowledge and experience as he spent over a month training at the world renowned Sitjaopho Muay Thai Camp in Hua Hin Thailand. His technical approach to teaching and studying Muay Thai is the perfect way for students of any skill and experience level to learn, improve and compete in the sport.
